When you ask any local mom’s group where the best parks and playgrounds are in Pensacola, Perdido Kids Park is at the top of that list. There is a good reason for this: the park is perfect for kids of all ages. It’s fun and engaging; there are even places for moms to sit and relax while the kids play.

Perdido Kids Park Location

Perdido Kid’s Park is located at 10004 Gulf Beach Hwy, Pensacola, FL. The park is set back from the street and hidden behind trees, so it’s easy to miss.

Perdido Kids Park Features

Perdido Kids Park has so many features and so much to do that it’s going to be hard to name them all. Apart from slides, swings, and typical climbing structures, the park also has rock climbing walls, wooden Blue Angel Planes, and wooden race cars for pretend play. There is a place where kids can play drums and explore with musical sounds.

Perdido Kids Park also features a separate gated toddler area with climbing structures, ride-on toys, and swings for little kids. Around the park are picnic tables with umbrellas, bench swings for adults, a covered pavilion, bathrooms, and a water fountain.

What Should You Bring To Perdido Kids Park

You, of course. I would also suggest sunscreen and bug spray. Good closed-toe shoes are a must here. Oh, and don’t forget the snacks and water bottle. The kids aren’t going to want to leave, and so you’ll be there awhile.
